Dr Philip Craft

Dr Craft graduated from the University of Queensland in 1993 and gained his fellowship with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists in 2002. After he finished his anaesthetic specialist training, he moved to Toowoomba permanently accepting a public appointment and was active in teaching as an instructor in High Fidelity Stimulation cross training. In 2009 he moved into private practice and joined Downs Anaesthetic Practice. Dr Craft has a varied practice and has special interests including bariatric anaesthesia, difficult airway management and anaesthesia for airway surgery. He is a member of the Australian Society of Anaesthetists and the Australian & New Zealand Metabolic and Obesity Surgery Society. In his spare time, Dr Craft enjoys bushwalking and mountain biking with his family and going for walks with their 3 legged rescue greyhound.
